What counts as "broken"
- 4xx client errors (404 Not Found, 410 Gone, 403 Forbidden, etc.)
- 5xx server errors (500, 502, 503, 504, etc.)
- DNS failures: domain doesn't resolve
- Connection refused: server is offline
- Timeouts: server didn't respond within 8 seconds
When to use this

Each URL gets one HEAD request (we follow redirects); we don't load the page or run JavaScript, so SPA-rendered routes that 200 only after JS execution may falsely look healthy.
