A Letter From The CEO

Hi.. I’m Sebastian.

I’m going to be honest - I built Fantastic Forms for me.

I didn’t want to pay for Typeform or Tally, and I didn’t like advertising them on my sites.

And yes, the title is (kinda) fake.

I’m the CEO, but I’m also the only employee. So I guess I’m the customer service, operations, developer, designer and marketing guy, too.

I guess that’s a good thing, because I don’t listen to anyone except users who email me with bugs and suggestions on how to improve the app.

Fantastic Forms launched on February 1st, 2026, with the ultimate goal of being the absolute best form builder out there.

I know, I know — they all say that.

But with my speed of implementation and singularity of focus, I think have a decent chance.

And it already has more features than most form building tools.

Not trying to gloat, but I don’t know any form builder that offers:

• 70+ languages
• 9000+ integrations
• 500+ templates
• 8+ payment gateways
• 40+ elements

But I’m making improvements to the app every day because I never want to stop, especially at this stage.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for 20 years, from my first ClickBank niche website at 17 years old, until now with my largest startup ever (this one.)

Being a solo entrepreneur comes with risks and disadvantages: people are less likely to trust the brand for stability, reliability and longevity. I completely understand...but I can assure you...Fantastic Forms is here to stay, and I’d love for you to join the ride!
